Punch Fountain Selection Guide

Selecting a punch fountain that is right for you can be daunting. With numerous sizes, appearances and functions, we can provide you with information to select the model that best suits your needs. We not only sell commercial punch and beverage fountains, we USE THEM in our own rental business. Personnel are trained to answer your questions. 1. Consider the number of people you will typically serve. For a punch fountain to be affective, it will need to serve the number of people intended. Selecting a 2 or 3 gallon punch fountain to serve a party of 200+ will require a lot of labor. The whole idea a punch fountain is to not only provide ambiance but to also be virtually labor free.

2. What kind of ambiance are you looking for? Commercial punch fountains range in height of 20" tall to 50" tall. A small punch or beverage fountain may look insignificant in a large room, even though it may adequately serve the anticipated party size. On the other hand, a very large fountain may overpower a room and be more than you desire to handle. 

3. Do you like punch with pulp? If so, a punch or beverage fountain with a good working built-in-strainer is suggested. Most punch fountains have a strainer of some sort but some are much more effective and do not clog. A clogged machine is a non-working machine.

4. Are you in an environment that will not tolerate splashes? If so, a splash-proof design is for you. Look for punch fountain spigots that are pointed toward the center column.

5. Have you considered the number of parts to disassemble and wash? If personnel training is an issue, you will appreciate fewer parts to loose, break, reassemble, etc.

6. Do you want your commercial punch fountain to look good for a long period of time? Most people do yet do not consider the fountain's material as an important issue. Anodized Aluminum is lighter weight material than stainless steel, so will not 'ding' as easily. Plus, stainless steel can be polished to a bright finish for a beautiful high-end appearance.
