What is a Tempering Machine?

The TF20 and smaller TF10 Tempering Machines can operate with dry heat or with a completely sealed off water bath, allowing for the most even source of heat.  TF20 (20 kg) and TF10 (10 kg) Tempering Machines are exclusive DR chocolate equipment products, distributed in the U.S. and abroad by TCF Sales.
