The Med/Large™ Chocolate Fountain is a DUAL configuration fountain, able to set up in both a Medium and a Tall height—all in the same product!  It has an innovative self-leveling tier system that does not utilize bands or set screws and is a permanent feature. The tiers are extremely durable but not bulky--unnecessary weight has been removed! The crown has been redesigned omitting small spaces that can trap chocolate or water and incorporates the top tier--one less part to worry about. It is the ONLY chocolate fountain on the market with a DRAIN for easy chocolate removal, and this is a patented feature. DR™ Chocolate Fountains are Easy to Use
DR™ chocolate fountains set up and tear down in minutes. The Med/Large™ tiers slide on/off, no adjustment necessary. The entire tower is dishwasher safe. The base is cleaned by removing chocolate via DRAIN and then rinsing with hot water and detergent as desired.

Chocolate for Chocolate Fountains
Any chocolate can be used in DR™™ chocolate fountains.  It’s just a matter of consistency and we are happy to help you with this.  We stock a variety of chocolate that works well, including couverture chocolate, compound chocolate, and compound coatings. Chocolate for DR™ commercial chocolate fountains can be melted conventionally on the stove top, in the microwave, or in the fountain's base.  The small fountain requires approx. 4-5 lbs. of chocolate to adequately cover the tiers and the Med/Large™ chocolate fountain requires approx. 12 lbs. for the medium height and 17 lbs. for the tall height.
